In undertaking these services we are committed to searching for the best price solution whilst achieving minimal disruption to the tenant, hotel guest or building user. Many projects require pre-purchase or leasing condition surveys, reports, life expectancy forecasts and feasibility studies, sometimes as part of our design commission and, on other occasions, as a separate appointment. Other roles involve troubleshooting and the resolution of problem buildings where our extensive, practical experience of testing, setting to work and commissioning can be utilised to full effect.
With an increasing emphasis on future design to deliver environmentally comfortable yet energy efficient buildings, we employ a CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant.
